Organisational Features

Perigee Consulting Limited has a five-member Board of Directors, which includes two principal directors who are also shareholders, and three external directors reflecting the objectives of the Company and corporate culture. The Board is responsible for overseeing the affairs of the Company and meet periodically to fulfil their legal responsibility in accordance with the company Articles of Association.

We believe that an impact-driven approach to research and development is central to addressing the interrelated human and environmental challenges facing our society today. Consequently, we seek abiding relationships with our clientele to ensure that not only is high quality research is undertaken, but findings are also placed in the appropriate policy or implementation contexts. Through this, we seek to build long-term feedback and learning loops to ensure the knowledge and solution development process remains dynamic and relevant in changing times, and thus humanity can respond to emerging issues in a timely fashion, both through actions or policies.
